After withdrawing sufficient quantities of portions VI and VII for the injection of the rabbits, the remainders of these portions were inoculated with B. Cholerse suis and showed well-marked clouding after twenty-four hours.
Portions I, II, III, IV, and V were left in the incubator for six weeks and remained perfectly clear.
