CONCLUSIONS.
The existing system of public education is inadequate. The present specialization of shop conditions is not favorable to a complete mastery of any trade or calling in the shop, store or industry. This being admittedly true, it devolves on our pub- lic school system to meet adequately the emergency in con- junction and cooperation with industry.
