After July 25 th , we will review all the comments we have received on this Environmental Assessments, summarize them, make whatever changes are necessary to address those comments, supplement materials in the environmental document, and correct whatever errors and omission might be pointed out to us. If it is judged at that point that no significant impacts are likely, the FHWA would be asked to make a finding of No Significant Impact or FONSI. If the FHWA issues a FONSI, then this project can... proceed towards final design and right-of-way acquisition stages. If the FHWA for some reason couldn't make that determination, there would be some retooling necessary to the project or in the worst case an Environmental Impact Statement would have to be done to move forward. But, as Tom mentioned, we are shooting towards having the Environmental done sometime during August and moving on with the project. With that, John, I'm going to turn it back over to you and you can accept comments.
