The Melegaris are very old friends of ours, and were colleagues of A/s in Brazil years ago. We are dreadfully sorry to lose them.
October 25, 1904. The Russian Baltic Fleet have been bombarding poor innocent Hull trawlers, killing several men, and sinking several defenceless boats.
