Trudeau: I was chairing the meeting. But that didn t mean you tried to run everybody around. You can t do that if you want to get people participating. You give them a time to make their presentation, to get it critiqued, and then at the end of the work retreat you try to summarize what the goals are and what what we were trying to do.
