STATEMENT... OF WILLIAM HOSKINS Mr. HOSKINS. Thank you. Madam Chairwoman and members of the subcommittee. My name is Hank Hoskins. I reside in Lansing Michigan and have joined the American Franchisee Association. I was a PIP Printing franchisee for 17 years and have been in litiga- tion with PIP since 1990. Along with my testimony, I am submit- ting to the committee a separate set of documents which refer spe- cifically to the subjects that I will discuss here as an appendix.
The problem of fraudulent inducement in the purchasing of a franchise is not new.
