I know the warmth you have for all of us. It has been a great privi- lege serving on this committee. I have only served on really two committees the 30 years I have been here, Armed Services and Na- tional Security, as it is known as now, and the Veterans Affairs Committee. I was chairman for 13 years and Bob Stump is the chairman now. And we have no problems. It is non-partisan. I get the same feeling over here in this committee.
