OBSERVATIONS.
Without aflerting that the rotations for raifing the different crops of grain cultivated in Perthfliiire, or on the new inclofed lands in Northamp- tonlhire, are the beft adapted to the different foils, or fuperior to any other ( 8 ) other that can be introduced, it may be proper to obferve, that the lands under fuch management, are much more likely to produce valuable crops, both of grain and grafs, than if they were allowed to remain always in grafs, or kept in a conftant ftate of tillage.
