He says that the more he things of the subject.
the more he is concerned that these poor people must be helped to escape the heavy storm which is hovering over their heads and seek a home somewhere else until the wrath has subsided. He concludes his letter In part as follows — "I believe, therefore, the greatest act of love which oould be done for these people will be to seek out some place of abode for them and that they should completely leave Berne.
