Credentials of Wm. H. Morgan, D. G. Lovall, Wm. G. Moody and C. H. Stanton, were returned and cancelled. Charters have been issued to Pleasant Ridge, Neb. , and Richland, Cal. A letter was read from Sister Fannie Smith, of Minnesota, in behalf of the Lord's work there, calling for a minister.
