CHARLES G. SCHWANEBECK.
Charles G. Schwanebeck, who is successfully engaged in farming on sections 27 and 28, Prussia township, is a native of that township and was born September 23, 1875. His parents, Carl and Wilhelmina M. (Menkie) Schwanebeck, were both natives of Germany, and on emigrating to America they made their way to ^luscatine county, Iowa, where they located in 1867. The father farmed there until 1871, Avhen he came to Adair county and purchased two hundred and fifty acres on section 33, Prussia township.
