At that point, we made a deal with the Western Hotel people to come in as a management partner. They bought and supplied all of the expendibles sheets, pillowcases, furnishings that was all theirs, so they had a financial interest in the thing.

By this time we had built the fourteen story hotel, and he was getting ready to start another the thirteen story one and this was just going on and on. At this particular period I guess it was summer again Barbara and the kids were here. Finally I could just see that it was going on and on and on and he was getting pushier and pushier and pushier and I was getting tireder and tireder and tireder, getting to that nervous breakdown point again, and I'd fulfilled everything I had said I was going to, and it was time to go home.
