William Thurston and Jeremiah Bumstead, who were a Committee appointed by said Pro- testors or Remonstrants for the purpose of said Conference — " With great pleasure we ask leave to Report, that we find said Homes, Vinton, Thurston and Bumstead, and those they represent, friendly disposed tow-ards the best Interest of said Church and So- ciety, and with dispositions to bury all misunderstandings, if any have existed, inconsistent with the harmony and Interest of said Church and Society.
