1722 July 15 — Act read against prophancncss, &c. Intimation also made to the salmon fishers that there were spys to be sett on them, and that, in case of prophaneing the Sabbath day by fishing, they would be proceeded against by Sessions, Presbyteries, and the Civil Judge.
1727 May 21 — This day, at the desire of the Elders, it was intimated from Pulpit that no persons whatsomever should reside in this Parish without being clothed with sufficient certificates from the parishes they come from.
