A town meeting was held February 23, 1798, to act upon the fol- lowing: To see if the meeting will pass a vote to defend Mr. Aaron Wells in an action of trespass brought against him by Nathaniel Healey for passing and repassing through the Worth farm, so called, and choose a committee to carry on such defence in behalf of the town.
