Mr. Fowler. I think not, for the reason that while there may be a falling off in the revenues there will not be a falling off in the work.
The same amount of expert skill will be required to be kept on hand.
Mr. Underwood. There is no reorganization which your office could effect which would reduce the cost of collecting these revenues ?
