On the rear of the main building a long one-story brick building has just been erected to be used as a laboratory for students in ap- plied chemistry, where the practical operations of chemi- cal manufacture will be illustrated.

East of the Physical and Chemical building stands Sibley College, facing south, and forming the northern boundary to the Campus proper. The main part is similar in material and style of construction to the three main University buildings, and is one hundred and sixty feet long, forty feet wide and three stories high.
