CLAIMANTS NOT CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES.
An examination of the testimony of Mr. Gagnon, found on page 6, shows plainly that he Was not a citizen of the United States at the time his evidence was taken in this case. The partnership of this claimant with JamSs W. Hos- ford is clearly shown, but the citizenship of the latter can not be relied upon to make the claim of the partnership good under the act of March 3, 1891.
