That all such foreign prot- estants who have been already naturalized in this province pur- suant to the directions of the 8tat. " 1. 3 Geo. II. , cap. 7 — before quoted as that under which Mr, Hagar was naturalized — "and all foreign protestants who shall be hereafter naturalized in this province pursuant to the directions of the said statute, shall be deemed, adjudged and taken, to be natural born subjects, to all intents, constructions and purposes as if they, and every of them, had been born within the kingdoms of Great Britain or Ireland, or within any other of his majesty's dominions, any law to the contrary in anywise notwithstanding.
