...ssion be, and is hereby granted to John B. Stetson Company to con- struct an iron bridge over and across Fourth street at a point about one hundred and seven feet south of ]\[ont- gomery street, for the purjwse of connecting their fac- tory with their warehouse. The said bridge nofto exceed nine feet in width and have a clearance of at least fifty feet above the curb height, and shall be constructed under the supervision of the Department of Public Works, in accordance with plans to be approved by said Depart- ment.
