Mr. MASON introduced the following resolution, which was read : Resolved, That Roobr G. Bttlkley, claiming to be a Dele- gate elect from the town of Moretown, in the County of Washington, be admitted as a member of this Convention.

And, on motion of Mr. C. K. FIELD, it was Ordered, That Roger G. Bulkley be permitted to be heard on the floor of the Hall in behalf of his claims to a seat.
Mr- Bulkley thereupon addressed the Convention, and, thereupon, on motion of Mr. ROCKWELL, it was Ordered, That the resolution lie upon the table.
On motion of Mr. JOSSELYN, The Convention adjourned.

The PRESIDENT announced that the Sergeant- at- Arms had appointed John Wilson, Door-keeper, and E.
