...uch ballots shall be printed in substantially the same manner as now provided by law in case of regular elections, except that on the back thereof shall be printed the words " Official Primary Ballot, " and at the head thereof shall be printed the words "Official Primary ballot, " together with proper party name and the party emblem. The party emblem in each case shall be the same as that used at the last preceding regular election, unless sixty days before the primary election the proper party author- ity certify a different emblem to the Secretary of State, in which event he shall certify the new emblem to the county clerks as herein provided.
