J. Blanchard as President, and Rev. J. W. Bailey as Professor, to fil...l the existing vacancies. The recom- mendation of Mr. Bailey is based upon the expectation of Mr. Blanchard's restoration. If the Board refuse to re-elect Mr. Blan- chard, then it is recommended that the vacant Professorship be filled only temporarily.
