Snow's company and arrived in the Valley Oct. 27, 1864, settling at once in South Cottonwood. Sister Godfrey took an active part in the Relief Socie- ties and served as a counselor in the Union Relief Society about nine years.
She died in South Cottonwod May 28, 188?. as a faitful Latter-day Saint.
