Avenue Louis Pasteur actually experienced a decline in volume over the 12-year period; the decline is likely due to the revised intersection configura- tion at Fenway that now prohibits direct access from Avenue Louis Pasteur to Park Drive.
2. Existing Traffic Volumes Mechanical and manual traffic counts were conducted in April, 1987 and were supplemented with traffic volume data collected in November, 1986. Table 19 lists, for several locations, the 1987 average weekday daily traffic (AWDT), AM and PM peak hour traffic volumes, and the percent of daily traffic volumes which the AM and PM peak hour traffic volumes represent.
