If any of my readers ask why I copy here what is so well known, I can only say, that the more it is known, the better, and none can know it too well.
" Of Law no less can be said, than that her seat is the bosom of God, her voice the harmony of the world. All things in heaven and earth do her homage ; the very least as feeling her care, the greatest as not exempt from her power.
