36 All these things, Mr. President, we nionni and miss ; we miss the rugged earnestness of the Senator from Kentuck\'; we miss his aggres- sive self-assertion; we miss his sharp retort; we miss his red-handed foray into the territory of every political foe; but missing them and mourning them, we wish that he were here to-day!
