From having tried experiments on the natural organ- ization, we deem ourselves authorised in stating it to be an indisputable truth, that it is possible to improve by these means the individuals of even our second class. Can any thing be more interesting to the philanthropist than the well-grounded conviction, that he possesses the certain means of thus benefiting his fellow-creatures, of thus exalting their condition by the education of all their faculties ?
