What reading level is Mental Health for the Children of Tomorrow book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

The changes which constitute nu- trition and growth must take place in each cell, [59] as if each were a separate individual. Therefore, every cell must come into contact with food, after the latter has undergone changes which fit it for use as building material, or fuel. Every cell must also be supplied with oxygen derived from the inspired air. Both food and oxygen are fur- nished to the foetus by the ever-flowing current of the mother's blood. Not all the food which the mother eats^ hut only... that which she digests, and receives into her blood, is available for nourishing the growing child.
For the healthy development of the foetus there are three conditions ; namely, that the mother digest well, breathe well, and that her blood circulate well.
To secure good digestion, moderate eating with abundant exercise is most effective. Voracity and idleness in the mother starve many a child by loading the blood with poisonous products de- rived from the food. When ill-digested prod- ucts pass into the blood, they act as cHnkers do in the stove, and extinguish, rather than sustain, the life fires.
