Bishop Brown introduced Dr. Mark A. Dawber of the Board of Home Mission...s and Church Extension, who made an ardent appeal for the "Larger Life." After some announcements R. N. Brooks pronounced the bene- diction and the Conference stood adjourned.
THURSDAY MORNING SESSION Bishop Brown called the Conference to order at 9:00 A. M- P. A. Taylor conducted the devotional period.
The Journal of Wednesday was read and approved.
The Twenty-seventh question was taken up: "Was the character of each preacher examined?" The Bishop called the names of District Superintendents: G- H.
