..., etc. , etc. ) Party who has retired from business : A. B. , of X, in the County of Y, Gen- tleman (or Esquire).
Where the parties reside in different Provinces, or where the parties reside else- where in the Province in which the deed be registered : Between A. B. , of X, in the County of Y and Province of Z, Gentleman, of the one part, and C. D. , of F. , in the County of G and Province of H, Laborer, of the other part.
CONVEYANCING. Ill When the party is an unmarried woman : E. F. , of X, in the County of Y, Spin- ster (or occupation, if any).
