What reading level is Oft Told Tales Retold book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

On the other hand, Jacob loved home life, which no doubt endeared him to his mother, and she, knowing Isaac's partiality to Esau, felt anxious about Jacob's future destiny.
One day Esau came home from an unsuccessful hunt, faint from lack of food, and his brother was preparing a mess of pottage, whatever that was; it looked good to Esau and no doubt made his mouth water. So he asked Jacob to give him some. But Jacob, who had keen business instincts, knew how easy it would be to drive a hard bar
...gain with a hungry man.
So he told Esau if he would part with his birthright, he would give him the food. Esau at the point of death could see no advantage in a birthright to a dead man; so Jacob made him swear away his birthright an easy thing to do under the circumstances, taking care to keep the pottage well out of his way until the bargain was completed. Jacob then gave him the food and Esau went his way, soon forgetting the brotherly transaction as an unimportant incident in his life. But later, to his sorrow, he was to be brought to the realization of what a far-seeing cunning fellow his brother was.
