Tenant in arrears, not having goods over amount exempted, may be notified between April 1st and Sep- tember 1st to quit in fifteen days, and in thirty days during the remainder of the year. If he disobey, the magistrate summons him to appear in from three to eight days. Judgment of possession with costs, enforceable by constable, who has ten days to make return. Payment before execution stops proceedings.
