After lining the barrel all the way around in this manner place the hoop back over top. of barrel and edges of paper. This will hold the lining in position while packing. Give yourself plenty of time to pack for shipping. Take your poultry out of cooling barrel and place on some desirable object to drain. For packing set the poultry down in bottom of barrel with back outward and feet toward the center, packing them side by side all the way around, after which fill in the center in the same manner.
