Mr. Traver brought out the point that we visit the works frequently and become acquainted with the manufac- turing end of it as much as possible, but get some idea of it any- way. In fact, we tried to get the other departments enthused over this work, and I might mention a little incident which occurred a month ago with our ofiice boy.
