Since the compilation of my original report, I have received a copy of the Constitution and By-Laws of Goethe Lodge No. 329 in which is pasted a correction dated Nov. 1, 1913, Sec. 2, Art. II, of the By-Laws, raising the fee to comply with the Constitution.
Goethe Lodge No. 329 requests to be relieved from any violation of the law on account of this descrepancy in their Constitution and By-Laws and I submit the matter to this Grand Lodge for consideration.
