What reading level is Prolegomena of the History of Religions book?
To quickly assess the difficulty of the text, read a short excerpt:

" The dance will develop in a manner apparently entangled, but nevertheless methodical. There were several sacred dances having this character of imitation of the movements of the stars ; among others, that of the Labyrinth, which was danced in Crete and at Delos. The labyrinth itself, with its thousand circuits, was a symbol of the starry heaven, and the dance of the same name must have been a sort of ani- mated representation of it. Elsewhere the sun is likened to a burning wheel, which revol...ves and travels from one end to the other of the heavens and of the year. It is while revolving thus that he diffuses over the earth life and fertility. Well, in many places they have tried to imitate the sun. A common wheel, wrapped in straw, has been set on fire and made to roll all burn- ing across the country in order to increase its fruitfulness. It is not very long since this custom was still practised in the plains of Poitou, and a yet shorter time since, each year in the spring, the vine-dressers on the banks of the Mosel made a wheel of this kind to roll from the top to the bottom of their vineyards in the direction of the river.
