RESOLVED: That we should seek an amendment to the Public Employees' Retirement Act, Section No. 14, which establishes a Board of Administration, so that elective State officers shall not be required to serve thereon, and in lieu thereof provide for a board of administration consisting of five members appointed by the Governor, and that com- pensation for services rendered for traveling- expenses and sustenance shall be provided in the amendment.
