So as a result, what quite often happens is the least-experienced person in the office gets the job of reviewing the financial disclo- sure statements. T...hat is a heck of a job for someone who really, let us say, is not knowledgeable about financial markets, and does not know the functions of his agency as well as others, et cetera.
But I think with this manual, which has a very good index and so on, if you have a particular problem, you can pinpoint and go right to a discussion and disclosure of exactly how it should be han- dled. And then, of course, we are always available for the person who does not get the answer there, for further consultation.
