...ground to begin at the Southwest comer of John Latour's Brick house Digitized by LjOOQIC 192 UCCWDS OF which appears to be forty two feet seven inches from the Southeast intersection of Water and Commerce streets above the Water table thence running Southerly binding on Com- merce Street seventy two feet nine inches to a five feet alley thence Easterly at right angles with Commerce Street & par- ralel with the Northermost Bride wall of Henry Crowl's stable sixty feet to the west end wall of a hip rooffed house formerly built by Vanbibber Now in possession of Michael Sanderson, thence Northerly binding on the line of said San- derson's lot until it intersects a line drawn Easterly from the beginning along the Southermost end wall of John Latour's house, thence Westerly along the said end wall to the place of beginning — In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands & seals the day & year above written.
