The reason that I know about this, because where we lived at, we didn't live too far from Highway 99. You know Highway 99? It comes from Sacramento. That was a big thing in our lives, to go down to Highway 99 and watch the cars, and count out-of-state license plates. That was when we first noticed it, because we used to have to cross Highway 99 to go to school.
