Each Member shall communicate to the International Ijabour Office, at intervals as short as possible and not exceeding three months : — " Ail available information, legislative, statis- tical or otherwise, concerning emigration, immigration, the repatriation and transit of emigrants, including reports on measures taken or contemplated in respect of these questions.
