In addition to keeping said book, the Head of each School shall pre- sent to the Board of Eegents, at its annual meeting in October, an in- ventory of all apparatus and other property belonging to said School, to- gether with a statement of the condition thereof. Said inventories shall be prepared and delivered to the Auditor on or before July first, previous to said annual meeting, and it shall be the duty of the Auditor to present said inventories to the Board of Eegents.
