Tliat the success of this fraud will tend to retard immigration, thus militating against the best interests of the State, as well as of the country at large, " 6. For these and other reasons which might be enumerated, the undersigned respectfully request the Senate to negative the treaty recently concluded with the Osages, and which has been or will bo submitted for their consideration.
