I estimate Jhat the buUding of an additional 150 miles of roads similar to those constructed wih complete the system through the mountainous and difficult portions. To complete the system as a whole would require approximately 500 miles of road building over desert and mesa country, which should be constructed at an average cost not to exceed $1,000 per mile. A great deal of interest has been aroused throughout the Territory during the last two years on the subject of good roads.
