The meeting was called to
...order at 2:45 p. m., President Sherzer in the chair; about forty persons present. The minutes of the last regular meeting were read, amended, and approved. The minutes of the last field meeting (June 13, 1896) were also read and approved.
The report of the treasurer^ Chas. E. Barr, was read^ accepted and re- ferred to an auditing committee, which reported later that the accounts were correct.
Twenty new members were elected, as follows: (Miss) Alice Brown, Ann Arbor; Flemming Carrow, M. D., Ann Arbor; H.
