When a will has been admitted to proba...te, in common form without contest, a sale of real estate made by the executor in pursuance of a testamentary power is valid, although a caveat to the will was filed before the ratification of the sale, since Code, Art. 93, sec. 26, provides that all acts done by any executor or administrator according to law before any actual or implied revocatijon of his letters shall be valid and effectual.
