An ongo- ing priority is the development of a comprehensive plan to address program/curriculum, facility im- provement, and adequate staffing for the two high schools. Children in grades K-3 who are iden- tified as gifted and talented in Art, Music and Language Arts receive special instruction in an academically and creatively talented (ACT) program.
