Yields as high as

Sorgos. The sorgo varieties included some large-growing, late- maturing sorts such as Atlas and Kansas Orange, and some medium- tall, medium-maturing varieties such as Norkan, Early Sumac, and Weskan. A dwarf grain sorghum, Early Kalo, was included during 1943, 1944, and 1945 for comparison.
