Through its efficacy we can extend, as far as the ministrations of the covenanted people avail, the benefit of our LORD'S atoning Death everywhere, to all who are capable of receiving it, through the power given to us in union with our LORD, as, by virtue of our sacramental agency, we set in motion and extend everywhere the healing streams of the Spirit of life flowing from the Heart of GOD.
